Jai Mata Di Villas Pvt Ltd was formed in 2006 by promoters with a long exposure to real estate and land dealings, as well as marketing and retailing.

The escalating demand for land and the fast appreciating locales in and around the new international city Hyderabad inspired the promoters to put together their collective experience and expertise. The core idea was and still is to provide reliable, professional services pertaining to real estate for investors both from within the country as well as the non resident Indian population abroad.

Jai Mata Di Villas carries with it, the aura of professionalism, high ethical standards, in depth understanding of the land, prices, regulations, restrictions and layouts within and in the expanding environs of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

The Promoters
The brainchild of its Directors Mr. G. Balaji Reddy (Managing Director), Mr. Murali Retineni (Executive Director) and the other Directors Mr. M. Balachandrudu (Balu Chowdary) and Mr. T. Venkat Rao, Jai Mata Di Villas was sown as the seed of a long term vision of implementing real estate land development programmes and construction activities in Hdyerabad.

The Directors of Jai Mata Di Villas have had long exposure to building and construction, telecommunications - mobile phone distribution and retailing. They collectively bring to the company great expertise in construction, sales and marketing with them. They are perfect complements to each other and have the vision and dedication, expertise and experience to take Jai Mata Di Villas and their clients to the heights of fulfilment.

Mr. G. Balaji Reddy, with over 8 years experience in construction has multiple constructions in Vijayawada to his credit. Namely, Mata Enclave, Jai Mata Di Towers, Bhavan, Residency, Twins, Sapphire, Lords, Elite, and more.

Mr. Murali Retineni, hailed from IT background and had an experience of over 8 years in Software Industry. He worked with many multi-national companies and also had an exposure of working at United States for over 3 years. He had done the Realty course at US and he is implementing all those procedures in Jai Mata Di Villas.

The other Director, Mr. Balachandrudu has also been in the mobile phones retailing segments and behind the Big C brand name. With showrooms at Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Tirupati, Eluru, Hyderabad and more showrooms coming up at Hyderabad, they have been enjoying an excellent status in the business field for last 14 years.

Mr. T. Venkat Rao started manufacturing pharmaceutical formulations in 1981, and then diversified into construction. Having finished a many ventures in Vijayawada and Hyderabad under the banner Jai Mata Di Constructions he is also an active and key member in the Pharmaceutical Executives Association, Vijayawada.

Having been illustriously associated with Jaycees, Lions Club International he joined the Vasavi movement in the year 2002 and became the President,Vasavi Club Vijayawada Vision in 2003-04 and has been elevated due to outstanding service as Governor for the year 2006.
