Over the years, this commitment has driven us to find newer and more innovative methods to help deliver more in every square foot we build. Right from investing in land in areas that would emerge as real estate destinations of the future; employing newer technology from across the world; evolving self-reliant building practices; to investing time and effort into building a stronger and more competent people force.

Pushing self-reliance
The cost of construction has a direct bearing on the value delivered. Which is why most of the material we use for construction is produced in-house, lending a very positive impact on the cost of construction.

We source our own aggregates and bricks. We’ve invested extensively on construction machinery, including self-erecting tower cranes, batching plants, crushers, etc. All these help us to both cut costs significantly and to control quality.

Inspite of the best technology from the world over, and state-of-the-art equipment, our greatest strength yet, is our people.

Over the past 2 decades, we’ve built over 20 million sq.ft. of residential and commercial space. We’ve helped over 21,000 families own a place they call home, in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
